Established by Argenziano et al. for the dermoscopic differentiation between benign melanocytic lesions and melanoma. It established three major dermoscopic criteria (2 points each) and 4 minor criteria (1 point each). Suspect melanoma requires a minimum score of 3. The scores should be added up
Major criteria: atypical pigment network, blue-whitish veil, atypical vascular pattern
Minor criteria: irregular streaks, irregular dots and globules, irregular blotches, regression structures
