Meeting format or availability can change, so check the organiser\u2019s page before booking travel or accommodation. A poster reposted elsewhere is insufficient.<\/p>\n<p>Distinguish professional scientific conferences, practical dermoscopy training and public patient events. Italian ECM credits depend on the individual event\u2019s accreditation and eligible professions, not simply the organiser\u2019s reputation. Check price, language, prerequisites and access to recordings or materials.<\/p>\n<p>For patients, a conference finding may be interesting but preliminary. Ask whether a complete paper exists and whether recommendations or authorisations have changed. They are past events retained to document the page\u2019s history, not registration opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Old event-specific websites may no longer exist or may have changed content. Ask the relevant society for historical proceedings and use its current calendar for new meetings.
