Il Melanoma is a nonprofit information project created to share knowledge and help people find their way. Its heritage includes original contributions, translations, images, bibliographies and news. This section replaces the vague “Miscellaneous” label with a clearer account of where materials come from.
Guide pages are distinct from news imported through feeds. A news item may describe one study or a preliminary announcement; guides aim to place information in context. Advertising should not be interpreted as a product recommendation or clinical endorsement by the authors.
Editorial review checks sources, clarity and links but does not replace a consultation or certify renewed approval by historical contributors. Personal health concerns belong with the treating team. Report editorial errors through the site’s contacts, identifying the page and passage without unnecessary medical information.
