To obtain the correct document version, start from the publishing organisation’s page. AIMaC booklets help explain cancer, treatment and rights; the INPS guide describes social protections and must be supplemented by later legislation. The AAD body map supports observation rather than diagnosis.

Check language, date, audience and format before printing. US or UK procedures should not automatically be applied to Italian care. A saved copy can become outdated, so retain its original page link. Documents remain the work of their producers and are not republished here as this site’s own material.

The two historical files, “brochure melanoma.pdf” and “Prevenzione melanoma.pdf”, returned 404 at their old addresses. We do not provide simulated download buttons or recreate documents under someone else’s authorship. The site’s revised guides and the sources below offer alternative reading routes.

A simple appointment checklist

Before an appointment, collect the pathology report, operation details, current treatments, allergies and recent tests requested by the centre. Record new symptoms with their starting dates and prioritise questions. There is no need to send the entire file to an information website; store it securely and share it with healthcare services through their specified channel.

Ask what happens next, whom to contact with problems and when results will be available. Keep clinical certification, exemption certificates and INPS decisions separately for administrative purposes because they serve different functions. An organised folder reduces confusion but does not replace a plan agreed with the team.
