Site search and scientific sources, with criteria for interpreting results.
Search the site and the evidence
For an initial answer, use site search with a specific term such as “sentinel node”, “pregnancy” or “exemption 048”. Guides organise information by need; the blog collects news and does not replace clinical recommendations. English search concerns translated pages, while the blog remains a single-language archive.
For scientific literature, use PubMed with a defined question and appropriate English terms. For Italian legislation, consult the responsible institutions and current text; for medicines, distinguish EMA and AIFA. Google may help locate a page, but ranking, advertising and automated summaries do not certify accuracy.
Do not enter names, tax identifiers or complete medical reports into public search engines. AI-generated answers may invent references or combine incompatible guidance: open the original source. If searching increases anxiety rather than understanding, collect a few concrete questions for the clinician.
